  • Platinum Emcee Services provides professional MC, DJ, and event-hosting services for weddings, fundraisers, corporate events, and auctions.

2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the event total) is required to reserve a date. Remaining balances are due as agreed in the service contract.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may qualify for a partial refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details, schedules, and venue access. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information or third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Platinum Emcee Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date. All deposits are non-refundable, as that date is reserved exclusively for your event.

2. Cancellations

  • 30+ days before event: Balance payments (if any) will be refunded, minus deposit.
  • Less than 30 days: No refunds will be issued.
  • Event postponement: We will make every effort to transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to availability.

3. Force Majeure

  • If an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond control (natural disaster, illness, government restriction), we will work with you to reschedule without penalty.
